Gloves that wave

                        and try to shake hands

A bobble-hat nodding ‘hello’,

Stripey socks which jump and skip

And one with a hole

                        in the toe!

Tee-shirt and shorts,

                        jumper and pants;

Tights, (American Tan),

                        jeans, leggings

And a pair of pyjamas,

All trying to do the can-can!

Two pairs of trousers

                        doing a jig …

And a swirling spotty blue tie,

                        See the clothes all line-dancing,

Line-dancing in the sky.
